Salmonberry Corridor Master Plan – Public Meetings Scheduled

The OPRD design team has been conducting Resource Assessments and Regional Recreation Assessments for the Salmonberry Corridor to better understand the opportunities and constraints in the development of the corridor. At our second set of public meetings we will present these finding to the public. The community members and park staff will then work together to identify the most important values, strategies, and actions needed to guide the master planning and design efforts in the corridor.

West End – Tillamook

What is the master plan?

The master plan is a long-term plan to guide future resource management and recreational uses along the corridor. In the planning for the corridor, the planning team is taking a comprehensive look at natural, scenic and cultural resource conditions; corridor management needs; outdoor recreation trends in the region; community partnerships; and any related ideas and concerns identified through public input.
